Directions on packet:
- Place in medium saucepan 1 pound boneless, skinless, chicken breasts and 1 1/2 cups water. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer until chicken is tender (about 20 minutes)
- Remove chicken from water and shred or dice. Return chicken to water.
- Add Williams Chicken Chili Seasoning Mix, 1 can (15-16oz) with liquid, and one can (11-15oz) White corn, drained. Stir well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat and simmer 20 minutes, Stirring occasionally. Salt to taste, if desired
